At ArkSpace, transparency is the cornerstone of trust. We publish this report annually to disclose the number of legal requests we receive from government agencies and copyright holders, and how we respond to them.

As of today, ArkSpace has NEVER received any secret warrants, gag orders, or National Security Letters (NSLs). We have never placed any backdoors in our software, nor have we compromised our infrastructure at the request of any third party. If this paragraph disappears, assume we have been compromised.
