2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the ArkSpace network to:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Host phishing sites or engage in network abuse (e.g., DDoS attacks, port scanning).
• Store content that violates international laws regarding child exploitation.

3. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
