1. The Zero-Knowledge Principle

At ArkSpace, privacy is not a feature; it is our foundational architecture. We employ a strict Zero-Knowledge (ZK) encryption model. This means your data is encrypted locally on your device using AES-256-GCM before it ever reaches our servers. We do not possess your decryption keys, and therefore, it is mathematically impossible for us to access, scan, or share your files.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We believe in data minimization. We do not collect, track, or store:

• Your IP address history (logs are purged every 24 hours).
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• File metadata, names, or directory structures (these are also encrypted).

3. DMCA and Subpoena Compliance

As a provider of encrypted storage, we comply with lawful requests from recognized authorities. However, because we operate on a Zero-Knowledge framework, we cannot decrypt user data to verify copyright claims or turn over plaintext files to law enforcement. We can only provide the encrypted ciphertext blobs associated with an account.
